Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because VTechMatrix deals in digital services, custom software development, and proprietary SaaS solutions, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Custom Software & Web Development
Payments for custom development projects are typically divided into milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and development begins, the payment for that specific milestone is non-refundable. If a project is canceled prior to the start of a milestone, any advance payment for that specific unstarted phase will be refunded.
2. SaaS Products (e.g., KundliApp, SmartClinics)
For our ready-to-use SaaS products, we provide live demos (such as our 3-Day Free Demo for KundliApp) so clients can test the software thoroughly before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital goods and setup processes, the one-time setup fees are non-refundable once the instance is deployed on your server/domain.
3. Hosting & Third-Party APIs
Any fees paid towards third-party services, server hosting (VPS/Cloud), or API credits on behalf of the client cannot be refunded by VTechMatrix, as these are processed by external vendors.
4. Raising a Concern
