1. Service Agreement

All software development, SaaS products, and IT services provided by VTechMatrix will be subject to a specific project agreement or proposal detailing the scope, timeline, and costs.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all proprietary methodologies, base codes, and SaaS frameworks (such as SmartClinics™ and KundliApp) remain the intellectual property of VTechMatrix. Custom-written logic specifically paid for by the client will be transferred as per the project contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide necessary materials, server access (if required), and timely feedback to ensure project milestones are met without delays.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee premium code quality, VTechMatrix shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
